530 days to go till Ecotopia?
The Facebook group is just passing the 300 !!!


Dear Ecotopians,

Besides from  lot of emails nothing big happened last week,  a very special thanks to those who already asked around in their countries for possible organsiations which can act as partner organisations for aplications, if you are member of an organisation or you know some please asked them, in order to get for example money from "Brussel" (EU) or "Strassbourg" (CoE) we need some partners elsewhere in Europe, and it is good if we found this possible partners as soon as possible, halfway April is it normally speaking one of the deadlines date in the both cities.

Old Ecotopians

Some of you have been to different Ecotopians in the past. Please help us with stories, fotos, wishes and good ideas how things can be even be better... Especially you knows what it can be...

Website

I know that the tikiwiki software which I installed on the ecotopia.belzignet.de website maybe is not the most easy to handle, if you would like other software, wchich may even make it also easier for you to react ;-) let me know. At the moment almost 400 people per day are visiting that website, but not many leave something behind, again I am not sure if that because of the software. Anyway if you have a story, a picture, an idea or anything and you like to be published on that website and you can't get it done, please send it to ecotopia@belzignet.de.

This mailinglist

This mailinglist is two ways, when you write a message to ecotopia_mailer@belzignet.de all the participants of this list gets it (that is if you are on that list, people who have not subscribe can"t write on this list). It works, even when you didn't not get your send message from the list back (that is change now). Please use this list if you have any ideas or whishes.

Facebook

The text of the Facebook is updated again, if one of you thinks of a better text, please do not hesitate and tell it to me, I will chnage it. And please when you on Facebook, invited your friends to join our group http://www.new.facebook.com/group.php?gid=53071439438 . Also it would be good to use that pinnwand and forum there, it is for a lot of people easier it seems to stay as it where in Facebook and join something than to go to a seperate website.

The R1 stands or BikeRoad number 1, http://www.euroroute-r1.de which goes from St.Petersburg to the north of France... this road passes Ecotopia?

Wintermeeting

So far the first 12 persons has said that they would like to come if a meeting in the next winter is organised, ok, it is a long way to go, but still, if we plan it well we may find a way to pay some people travelreimbursements (anybody has an idea). Therefor is at least a general when it can take place very helpfull, what would be better, before, over or after christmas, in between christmas and new-year or ater new-year... or over new-year.... you see a real scala of possibilities :-)
