Date: July 7th 2009

Finally after months of preparation and waiting tonight was the big
small evening, and even when maybe some of the 23 towncouncil members
not really understand completly what will come to them 19 of them
where in favour and gave their permission that we can organise the
festival next year on a nice peace of land, next to the railway
station (with direct connection to Berlin).

That means that the preparation now can start, together with the town
a foundation is formed who will start preparing and which will help
other groups and people who like to organise something towards or on
Ecotopia next year. Including applying for funds, with a town onboard
there are new possibilities.... :-)

by the way on facebook we nearly are 600 ecotopians now on this list....
